This policy applies to orders placed on retromuscle.us, operated by RetroMuscle The Golden Era Dream USA LLC.
US fulfillment and delivery
In-stock US orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse. US domestic delivery is calculated by package weight. The currently configured paid rates are $7.92, $9.48 or $12.21 USD. The applicable service and price are displayed at checkout for your address and order.
Free US standard shipping applies when the qualifying order subtotal reaches $200 USD. Order preparation and any preorder waiting time are separate from carrier transit. Delivery estimates, where available, are displayed at checkout.
The available service, applicable price, qualifying subtotal and delivery estimate are displayed at checkout for your address and order. Discounts may affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping.
Processing and tracking
Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from order preparation. Any more specific dispatch or arrival estimate shown for your order is provided on the product page or at checkout. We do not apply the French store's dispatch cutoff to US orders.
You will receive shipment and tracking information by email when your order is dispatched. A tracking label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Remote locations, territories, military addresses and carrier disruptions may affect the options or estimates displayed for your address.
Preorders and delays
If an item is offered as a preorder, its expected dispatch date will be stated on the product page before purchase. The normal in-stock transit estimates do not include the preorder waiting period.
If we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will notify you, provide updated information and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund, as required by applicable law. We do not substitute a promotional voucher for a refund you are entitled to receive.
Destinations outside the United States
This storefront currently accepts delivery orders within the United States only. Available destinations, services, prices and any stated estimates are displayed at checkout. Where import duties or taxes are not included in checkout, additional charges may be collected by the destination authorities or carrier. Any such charges do not remove your rights under applicable law. Contact us before purchase if the delivery terms for your destination are unclear.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, returned to sender or contains the wrong item, email hello@retromuscle.us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable. We do not treat a carrier's delivery scan alone as proof that every delivery dispute has been resolved.
