Shipping
What are the US delivery options?
US domestic delivery is calculated by package weight. Current paid rates are $7.92, $9.48 or $12.21 USD, with free US standard shipping from a qualifying $200 USD subtotal. Checkout shows the applicable service, price and any available delivery estimate for your address and order. Order preparation and preorder waiting time are separate from transit. Where can I find my tracking information?
Shipment and tracking information is emailed when your order is dispatched. A label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel. If you cannot find the email or your parcel is delayed, contact hello@retromuscle.us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support as soon as possible. We can cancel an order that has not been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, our return process applies.
Returns and product problems
Can I return an item or exchange the size?
Request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. For a size or change-of-mind return, keep it unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and accessories. Contact support for instructions and the correct return address. Exchanges depend on stock. See our Return and Refund Policy for costs and refund timing.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email support with your order number, a description and photographs if available. We will arrange an appropriate resolution at our expense. Contact us before buying a return label or sending the item back.
Should I use the French return portal or the Wyoming address?
No. Please contact the US support team for the correct return instructions. Our business mailing address is not the return destination, and the French store's return warehouse is not the destination for US-store returns.
